What insurance do you accept?

We are currently In-Network with:

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO Plans

  • Priority Health/Cigna

  • Tricare (non-network certified)

  • Medicare Part B


For clients with BCBS, Priority Health/Cigna, Tricare and Medicare, Sunflower Therapy Centers, Inc. will bill your insurance for services rendered. Following reimbursement based on your individual policy eligibility and benefits, you will be billed for deductible, copay or coinsurance amounts.

Though we may accept your insurance, this does not mean your policy covers speech-language or occupational therapy services or covers a specific diagnosis. Before beginning services, we will check your insurance benefits. Ultimately, it is your responsibility to know your insurance coverage and benefit details. 

If your insurance plan is not listed above, speech or occupational therapy services will be considered

out-of-network. 

In some cases, we can submit claims to your out-of-network insurance plan, at your request. Reimbursement for out-of-network services will depend on your specific policy coverage. You will be responsible for the entire balance that is not covered by your plan.

If you would like to pay out of pocket and then seek reimbursement from your insurance company for the speech or occupational therapy sessions, you will pay for the services the week of the session and then we can provide you with a Superbill upon your request.
